点评:I normally do not take the time to write a review. However, in this instance, I am compelled to do so and hope that the Darden group notices this review. This review specifically calls out the unprofessional way Gloria Ramirez, manager, handled a situation that was 100% on them. After waiting nearly 3 hours for our food, she came out and told us they had a "glitch" in the kitchen when we asked for the status of our dinner (we were a party of 12). She addressed us with total disrespect and basically told us to deal with it and that the food would be coming out soon. I approached her and let her know that what she had done was unprofessional and BS in how she spoke to my party, and she proceeded to say "I am covering your drinks and appetizers and good night".... basically, telling us to get out. All I can say is don't take my word for it, Darden group and specifically Mr. John Martin.... check out the cameras and ask the servers. She is not at all what the Darden group stands for. We still paid the server his tip as it was not his fault... but that night food was wasted, and the restaurant lost a sizeable dinner tab because of Ms. Ramirez. And btw, it was not our first time at this restaurant. We've always enjoyed it here. But as long as she is the manager, no thanks.
