点评：This spot can either be really on or really off when it comes to service, but the food is usually worth it. Tonight was a really off service night. We came in before a large group, even let them know more were on the way and were the last served for drinks even when we were first to order. Food delivery was better, but when you wait 30 minutes for even a drop of water or sodas for the kids - after food is served? I get being slammed all of a sudden, but they can do better. The waiter even slammed down the water glasses and made us last even though we were the only ones along a long table to ask for it. The manager was not pleasant either and said "I told you we would need to group your tab" - wait what? I said we were a group of 7, not 20! I've worked hospitality and I get it is tough right now, but really? Not sure if we will be back again any time soon. Love the food, but not the attitude. Napa has a lot of other good establishments.
