点评：We own and operate a 5-star Inn in Sonora (Knowles Hill) and our cuisine is highly rated. The only reason I am listing this is because we understand food, service and hospitality. Dewz also understands food, service and hospitality and our experience there was nothing but 5-star all the way! We did not have reservations and just happened to be passing by, and they kindly seated us at the bar, which was fine. We expected that. However, a table opened, and we were seated in the dining room which was a nice surprise!
Do not pass by the Brie cheese appetizer… Unbelievable and dreamy! The wild carrot ginger soup was extraordinary! My husband and I also split a pasta dish (Housemade pasta) and the New York steak. Both entrees were created perfectly. We also have a seafood allergy so the chef paid attention to that and treated us right by creating potato pavé in a separate pan! We ended with crème brûlée, which was caramelized by our waiter, Will right at our table. Will was extremely professional and enhanced our experience with detailed descriptions of each course and recommendations. Thank you, Will!
We drive an hour to come here…it is absolutely worth it! Thank you, Dewz and if you ever would like a similar experience…come up and see us at the Hotel! Bon Appétit!
