点评:Our experience at this restaurant was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What really pushed this over the edge was how we were treated because of our service dog.
Instead of being welcomed like any other customer, we were immediately questioned about the legitimacy of our dog — in a tone that was accusatory and downright hostile. The manager seemed completely unaware (or just didn’t care) about the laws protecting individuals with service animals. It was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary.
We tried to explain calmly, but the attitude never changed. We were made to feel like we didn’t belong. The rest of the staff seemed uneasy too, probably because of how their manager was handling things.
This is not how anyone should be treated — especially when following the law and just trying to enjoy a meal. We won’t be returning, and I hope management gets proper training on ADA compliance and basic customer service
