Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews的点评
点评：After being seated, we ordered a Tower of Onion Rings appetizer which was delivered promptly to our table, but without utensils and napkins. I had to go to the hostess who handed me our forks and napkins.
When our meals were delivered, my grandson, who ordered a chicken wrap meal, complained that the chicken tasted funny. Upon sampling by his Mother and my wife, it was validated that the chicken was rubbery in texture, Later I tested the chicken with a fork and found I could not cut into the chicken due to the toughness of the texture. By the time the waitress took another order from my grandson, his parents and myself and wife had already mostly consumed our meal. We waited an unacceptable time for the waiter to deliver his new order, a simple cobb salad. I had to hunt down the manager to explain the situation. He listened, agreed to not charge for the original chicken wrap or his cobb salad and deliver a gift card to our table. Despite his action, I would not recommend this restaurant for dining. I have experienced bad service at this location before and despite my experiences, I have returned with family giving the restaurant and staff, including the kitchen, another chance. At this point, it will be a long time before we return as there are many other choices for burgers and other meals. I see a lot of families dining here. Perhaps they have had better experiences.
