兰开斯特智选假日酒店的点评
点评：We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past year, and while we have had a minor issue or two, we were disappointed this time. We stayed in a king suite and while it was roomy, the heater in the living room did not work. I reported it to the desk and they told me the facilities folks were not working that day. Ouch. The next morning, we found that the AC power outlets in the bathroom were not working. Hair dryer and curling iron had to be taken to another room to use. I did try resetting the GFI outlet but was unsuccessful. The couch in the living room was like something you might find on the side of the road. The cushions were so worn out that you pretty much bottomed out when you sat in it. I couldn't sit on it very long. There was an extra blanket in the closet so we pulled that out since the living room was quite chilly without the heater working. Surprisingly, it had a hole in it the size of a cantaloupe! Wow. The bathroom towels were a little crunchy versus soft, but that seems to be a theme in this class of hotel. I wish they had soft towels. This last thing was particularly surprising. We noticed in the bedroom that the dresser with the TV on it had not been fully dusted in quite some time! It appeared the maids were only dusting in front of the TV. Beside and behind the TV (on top, mind you!) had a quarter of an inch of dust! If we stay here again next trip to Lancaster, I hope we have a better experience. It's usually better than this.
