点评：As always, Denny's is a hit or miss experience. Our experience at this Lancaster CA Denny's was a definite hit!
The service was wonderful. Our server paid exactly the right amount of attention to us - not neglectful and not overbearing. He was extremely polite, insightful about what we might need and when we might need it, and also had a good sense of humor. Our server even handled getting our AARP discount applied to the check for us!
Our food was delicious and attractively plated. I always order a side salad, and this time it was perfectly prepared. The lettuce was in small pieces and the tomatoes fresh and tasty. Omelet plate and burger plate were both pretty (until the guys got into them! LOL!) and cooked perfectly. These facts did a lot to mitigate the higher prices that Denny's is charging for pretty much everything on the menu.
The drawback to this Denny's at this time is that the parking lot is being refinished, and so actually getting to park near the restaurant is challenging, especially for non-residents to Lancaster. However, this isn't the restaurant's fault, and I definitely felt that it was worth the meander to get there.
