点评：We held a dinner for our management team at the new 1905 Bar & Grill. Our group was greeted by the friendly staff, and a specially set table for 20. The vibe of the restaurant is unique and trendy, full of surprises. The menu features many local ingredients and references which is fun. Our server, Preslie, was knowledgeable and attentive to detail. She anticipated our every request. Bar manager, Jazmin explained all the many craft beer and cocktail options and they were all excellent. All the staff made our evening a memorable experience. Our compliments to Chef Juan for the outstanding Baja shrimp appetizer, grazing plates, Caesar salad and Brandt Beef entrees. For the finale, the staff served amazing desserts family style. For some of our group, this was their first time dining at 1905, and we all agree we will return with family and friends. Whether you are a single, dining at the bar, or a large group, you will be pleased. 1905 is a welcome addition to Imperial Valley cuisine!
