点评：We were excited to try this place. It started off good after we sat down. Server came right away and asked us what we wanted to drink. Then the service went down hill from there.
My friend ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. The teriyaki chicken was cold and had to be sent back. It was cold as in ice box cold. The tempura was good but was not accompanied with a tempura sauce like most Japanese resturants serve. The bento box came with a sticky teriyaki sauce in addition to the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This seemed a little odd but may be the restaurants tradition.
I ordered 2 spider rolls and a side order of hamachi kama. My sushi came when my friends dinner came but the hamachi kama did not come until after we were done with our meal. This is even after we had to ask two times where the hamachi was. The sushi rice in the spider roll was very dense and wet.
The server did not check on us once during the whole time to see how our meal was or if we needed more tea or water. She did not even apologize for the delay in getting the hamachi kama after we finished the rest of our food. We were not asked if we wanted any dessert, only if we wanted the check. Maybe she could see the dissappointment from the lack of service.
The resturant was not busy so it was dissappointing that the service was below par. We had high hopes for this place and had planned on doing take out for a family gathering. However, based on this experience, we will go somewhere else. May try this resturant at another time with a different server to see if the experience changed.
