Black Angus Steakhouse - El Cajon的点评
点评：We had a reservation for 3 people at 5 pm with standard seating requested. We arrived at 4:50 pm and were told we wouldn’t be seated until 5 pm. Another family arrived right after us with 5 people including an elderly woman using a walker. At 5:00 the hostess informed us from across the room that the only table she had available was in the bar. We said we didn’t want to sit in the bar, our reservation was for standard seating in the dining room. She said, again from across the room, that she had already seated 5 walk-in parties in the dining room and only had one server so we would have to wait until 5:30 for a table in the dining room. I asked her what is the good of making reservations if they don’t honor them? We finally accepted the bar table. The party who came in right after us was also seated in the bar. After we had finished dinner and were leaving, they still had not received their food!!! I don’t know if this restaurant is under new management, but it has been one of our favorites and this was not a good experience!!
