点评:Took my wife and kids to the restaurant for her birthday. We have eaten at this location many times and never had any complaints. This is where my wife wanted to go for her birthday. The waitress, Kerri, didn't introduce herself when we were seated and seemed to be in a bad mood for the get go. When I asked what were soups for tonight, she just pointed at the menu and said they were listed on the back. She took our order and then brought out the kids dinners and the wife and I had to wait a while for our entrees to be served. Kerri took away our empty bread basket and never asked if we wanted a refill on the bread, she never stopped by the table once to check how our meals were or to see if we needed refills on our drinks. She would just walk by, grab and empty plate and go to other tables. She then just placed the check down on the table and walked away. Not even a thank you or how were meals. What a terrible experience and when I asked for the manager I was told she wasn't in the restaurant and would not be coming in tonight. Well they got my money, but my family will not be returning. I used to recommend friends and family to eat there, but I won't do that again. Just horrible service and maybe the waitress needs to be retrained on how to treat guests. I guess things have changed in the food service industry from when I first started. The manager needs to take ownership for their employees actions and ask if that's the kind of service they would expect when they go out to eat. I'm sure Kerri will disagree with the statements I've posted, but it's the truth! I didn't know the waitresses name until she brought the check to me. What an absolute shame and I hope the manager and owner read this review and take it very seriously.
