点评：I am the brother of one of the owners. I live and work on Bainbridge Island, just outside of Seattle. My wife and I are sushi freaks. One of my client's from San Francisco reached out to me to gush about how amazing her experience at Sushi Mambo was. I had shared that we believe a sushi restaurant can be judged by how fresh the Hamachi is and that Sushi Mambo has the best Hamachi we've had. My client is telling all of her San Francisco friends about this gem of a restaurant! I am so proud of my family for seeing over 26 years of success, through the crash in 08', earthquakes, floods and Covid! Only a restaurant with a dedicated, loyal, passionate following could survive, thrive and grow through so much adversity. Jose was born a chef. I remember when he was an apprentice under one of the top sushi chef's in Japantown, SF. He had and has the best fish market connections for the freshest fish, shrimp, scallops and now here he is, the top sushi chef in Napa Valley!
