Non-Responsive, Stealing Deposit with no Justification

点评：This is my review I left on Google Reviews earlier this year. Issue has not been resolved, they have never reached out, AND I contacted Polaris company and they were helpful at first, but have stopped responding. I will not stop fighting this charge until I am repaid.
Reservation on March 11, 2023:
Today is 10 days later, the $1,500 "hold" placed on my credit card was never a hold, and was charged against my account the following day. The company has been unresponsive since. They sent me a random email the next day (attached) that just says "your rental went to the shop..." with no other details or relevancy.
What this company is doing is immoral and a waste of everyones time. I hope you get what you deserve for commiting this fraud.
I would only reserve here if you expect to pay $2K for a day rental.
Hope POLARIS shuts this place down. They are a tarnish to the brand. I have rented at many locations with no problem, such as nearby "Happy Trails Rentals" which is a great alternative to this place!
