STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT!
We waited for half an hour to sit and when we finally sat the server was annoyed from the start when we first had questions for the menu and she stormed off saying I'll give more time to us when we just had questions on the items. And when my friend asked for rice she barked at us that there was no rice but onigiri so we ordered two.
We sat at 9 and it took an hour for lukewarm gyoza and soggy agedashi tofu and cold pork belly and when we asked for the rest of our items she barked again saying she put the order at the same time and the rice would come out when it came out. All of these items are skewers how did it take so long?
When we finally talked to the manager he didn't care that our items were late and said he would "talk to the server" but that wasn't the issue she made the experience terrible and he didn't apologize for the behavior instead he took a defensive stance and crossed his arms and looked like again we were annoying them. He interrupted and didnt listen. He said the items were not going be charged but again that's not what the issue was and when he doesn't solve the issue he grabs all of the plates and tells us to get out!!!
Not a problem! Because we will never be back to this AWFUL AWFUL place and being subjected to that behavior with being in the industry as well that's behavior that needs to be dealt with and the manager with the bald head and server need to be fired. From other reviews they are perfectly right and they have no empathy for their patrons.
