点评：The Lungomare(or promenade) is very long,being about 7 miles in length:it extends the whole length of the city of Kastela,from Kastel Stafilic in the west to Kastel Sucurac in the east,passing through all Kastels in between.There are only short sections where the promenade cannot be followed,where the road must be taken.The views vary greatly along its length:of course the view outwards is over the sea,in this case out to Split's Marjan peninsula and the isle of Ciovo;so often the sea is so calm;you will see often the reflections of the old stone houses and many castles in the water;in many of the towns,particularly Kastel Stari and Kastel Novi,restaurants and bars line the promenade;elsewhere the prom is shaded by pines and tamarinds.The promenade is often broken by harbours,as at Kastel Stari,Kastel Novi,Kastel Luksic and Kastel Kambelovac:there is a large marina between Kastel Gomilica and Kastel Sucurac.It is an easy and pleasant task to walk or cycle the entire promenade.
