It's a week on from.the day I finally posted here .
Worth pointing out is that the site is my only choice annually and I'd frankly never want to go elsewhere . Sadly I'm.losing Hope for this year .
The site was bought by a new owner at tge end of last season and regrettably it seems the reassuring email by ex owner after he'd done the deal was premature.
To be blunt I've run out of ways to say politely confirm my booking .
I did get an email from.lisa and it said they'd be in touch but it seems they have no idea the stress they are causing regulars . Thees no email I can find that gets a response and calls just get a response that you cannot pre book despite the fact I flippin have .
I have been messaged by 89 people now and they all have no idea and many say no hope that this year will end well.
If we are typical the pitch cost of 2k we pay along with another 89 people or more all add up to a lot of lost PR and euros so I'm confident that this might be purely the new owners not being at all interested in variations to their method . Maybe it will be OK maybe it won't goodness knows . All I can say at this point is that it's becoming evident in a really bad way that a large multi site owner does not it seems have interest in responding to long-term customers or in providing clear communication routes for the UK customers.
I'm.not angry and if msrilla wake up finally and realise the stress they are currently causing and resolve the many many customer worries then I'm.sure many people will get a holiday this year . I'd be happy if this gets sorted out but I have no idea .
I'm.giving it a week and then looking elsewhere which I am truly reluctant to do .
Please for goodness sake sort this out marilla .
BTW I feel its a shame after 10 years of coming that we are being ignored and left to worry which think has to be unintentional but isn't what you want in a holiday ! Fingers crossed . 22 emails / 8 calls now. Still No detailed or clear response infact just one saying I'll get a call . No idea frankly . I've just about had enough .
