点评：We had a free meal from the bad experience that we had from the last time we ate here. I told the guy at the register that we had our name written down for a free meal. He said hold on let me check. I heard the guy in the kitchen say we don’t have a book and came up to the register to ask for my name and I told him who I was and showed him the proof on my phone that we were supposed to get a free meal. He tried to argue with me over it and said no it’s right there and it says on the house and finally he asked us what we wanted. We told him we wanted a double bacon cheeseburger special with mustard instead of mayo and no tomato with sprite to drink and a double hamburger special with no lettuce no onion and no pickles with Coke to drink. We got our order and of course the bottle of ketchup on our table was empty, we tried 2 different tables to get ketchup and those bottles were empty as well. We had to ask the guy at the register for ketchup. I opened up my burger to put ketchup on it and what do know the burger was wrong. It had mayo on it instead of mustard. So once again I had to ask them to make me another burger that was supposed what I wanted. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems like the people don’t care about the customers. They are just too busy on their cell phones. We love this place but the way it’s going we might have to find another place to eat.
