点评：We have always been a fan of Chilis and visited often for dinners and lunches. Today however, we had lunch at the Chilis in Rogers, AR and were so taken aback by the lack of professionalism and attitude by our waitress, Sarah.
The dining room was crowded as it is most days during lunch time and people were waiting for tables. As we watched Sarah for 10 minutes having conversation with customers sitting at the bar, she then finally came over to our table to ask us for our order. I began explaining that we wanted the 3 for 10.99 when she curtly cut me off and said I didn't need to tell her that. All I needed to tell her was what we wanted to eat. She was very snippy with us and it made for a really unpleasant dining experience. If she was so busy that she couldn't even be polite, than why did she make undue conversation with patrons that were finished? We won't be back to this Chilis! There are far too many other restaurants with better service and smiles!
