Masoala Forest Lodge的点评
点评：I have come here multiple times over the years and never get tired of this place. Everywhere I look is like a postcard painting.
There are hundreds of endemic plant and animal species to see and learn about here. The reef is healthy with diverse species of coral, fish, and other marine life.
The water and air temperature is pleasant and the bugs aren’t bad. Everyone usually walks around camp barefoot. It is a “friendly” rainforest with a nice balance of sunshine and rain.
Many lemur species can be found within the camp, and the red ruffed lemurs can be found within the national park. I have searched for years to see an aye-aye around Madagascar and this is the place to see them in their natural habitat.
August is peak whale season. The cetaceans can regularly be seen from the lodge’s restaurant and sea deck. They offer whale watching by kayak or boat. It’s such a magical experience.
The food is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Laundry and most drinks are complimentary!
Snorkel gear, dry bags, and kayaks are all available to borrow. The region’s best guides work here, and are always ready to take you on a guided adventure!
