点评：Spectacular experience. Honestly, we had not even been to this restaurant before. We wanted a special night out to surprise our friends. The wait staff was EXCELLENT. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. And the manager stopped by to introduce herself to our table. We could tell that the employees were PROUD of this company and its food. The Texas Tonion appetizer was the BEST we've ever had -- not greasy, easy-to-eat. The steaks were grilled exactly as we ordered. Tender with a great seasoning. I ordered broccoli as a side. I was asked HOW I wanted it cooked, firm or soft? I have never been asked this before, at any restaurant in my life! The side salads were huge and served in Chilled salad bowls to keep them crisp and fresh. There were so many nice touches for quality presentation and preparation. We will be going back soon to this restaurant and taking family here, when they come to town!
