The Famous Grouse Hotel Restaurant的点评
点评：We used to dine here regularly , always had great meals with very good service, now post covid the story is very different, there appears to be no head person in charge of the restaurant, the staff are all young girls (school girls) with no idea of customer service, I believe they have had little to no training , the standard
of the food has gone down considerably where once we had beautiful Lamb , tonight we waited 40 minutes only to be served scrag end of lamb that was fatty and tough the plate was monochrome with virtually no veg ( three slivers of carrot) and to top it off we were not asked how our meals were or if we would like more drinks until it was too late when we paid the bill , when I complained how poor the meal was the owner came and asked what was wrong and when I told her all I got was oh sorry sir I will look into that ! perhaps this was the time for her to offer me some money off or a drink but no! waste of time poor meal poor service and such a shame this place has gone downhill probably wont bother to come back
