点评：I'm sorry, but this one in Maumelle, AR needs to be shut down......and it was, for a while. Re-opened recently and STILL has the same problems. Namely, extremely slow service, and untrained, unprofessional staff. Waited inside for over 20 minutes for a simple grilled chicken cobb salad. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed there was no one, and I do mean NOT A SINGLE PERSON in sight! When I finally made it to the front counter, I noticed an employee in the back eating food while waiting on a customer in the drive thru. I heard the person in the DT say their order was not correct. The next customer that pulled up asked for their money back, as they got tired of waiting. This is the second or third time I've gone there and each time. I'm having to wait at least 15 minutes for my order. And the employees who work there seem not to care. They are neither pleasant nor concerned. I love Zaxby's food but something definitely needs to change!! Please, I beg of you.......get some REAL people to work there - get them properly TRAINED in serving the public, or we will not only stop coming there, but will tell our friends and neighbors to stop.
