点评：Shout out to Marly at American Pie Pizza for saving us from starving. We are coming home from a tour of the Pacific Southwest redeyeing back from California returning to Nashville this evening when we dropped the drive shaft on our bus. We were headed for food when this happened. After hours of waiting on a tow truck, our friend, Randy Licht, suggested I call some restaurants to see if they would deliver to us. Yea, right … deliver to a broken down bus on the side of the highway?? I think not. But I looked on trusty Tripadvisor and found a pizza joint not far away. I called and explained our situation and the girl who answered the phone said they don’t normally deliver but that she would run us out some food. Which she did and they even sent cookies we did not order with a kind note to try and brighten our day.
