点评：Apparently, this hotel does not recognize elite status. Upon check-in, no warm welcoming or saying thank you for being a Platinum Elite Member. No offering of any room upgrade and no offering of water or anything else! I had to ask for them and was told sorry, we've been busy, no room upgrades are available, but you can go grab one bottle of water.

We were put into a tiny room on the first floor next to the loud cafeteria/lobby. The room was cramped, musty, damp and dirty! I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you're a Platinum, Titanium or Ambassador member for sure! if you don't have Marriott Bonvoy Elite status and/or you got a great deal from some discount website, and you don't mind damp dirty rooms, this hotel might just be the one you're looking for!
