Uncaring ownership/management ignores damage to guest's property

点评：Do not stay here! If you have any issues ownership/management will not care and refuse to take care of the guests.
We arrived late at night and were told that there would be roofing happening the next day so it may be noisy but we could park anywhere in the lot. We woke up to roofing debris all over my car causing large dents and scratching. The hotel request that we send them pictures of the damage so they could make things right. After 8 months they have still not taken care of the situation. We sent a quote for repair at their request and even shopped around for a cheaper price (at their request) but since then we have been ignored or strung along with promises to "Call next week" or "Update you when we know something". So steer clear of here because if there is anything wrong with your stay nothing will be done to make things right with you as the customer.
