点评：I go often food is never right. They don’t know livers from gizzards. I order a $40 family meal and didn’t get main ingredients that come with the meal. I check bag to make sure my honey mustard is in the bag because I remind you they charge for dipping sauce even when getting tenders. Worker was rude while letting me know the sauce was in the bag . But I get home 20 mikes away and notice my mash potatoes and gravy was not in the bag!
So I call back to let them know and also to see if o could get free meal on my next visit for my inconvenience of drive. The manager said no cause we do make mistakes, which I understand but they don’t have to be rude. When I went back just to get mashed potatoes I the. Had to wait awhile and they knew/expected me coming. The same worker was rude a second time and never apologized for her mistake.
They are unprofessional and rude…. Gas and food are to expensive to have gone through this!
