点评：This was our first time at this newer Cabarete restaurant and we were not disappointed. It’s not the easiest place to find (through a gate & down a small road next to Ocean One) but once you get there you find an open, airey dining area. They had a very good drink menu and if you like a little spice, try their take on a margarita the mojito was also very good. The menu certainly had a beach vibe. It had Asian influences. We tried the tuna tartare for an appetizer a bit different from the norm and beautifully presented. The peanut butter salad was lightly dressed and was a healthy portion of fresh vegetables. The Asian veggie ramen soup was also a good sized portion. The mahi mahi entree was very good as were the the Asian vegetables. Dinner is not complete without dessert and we truly enjoyed the spicy chocolate mousse and the crème brûlée with mango chutney.
