点评：Unfortunately not what we were expecting. Food average (cereal and bread for breakfast, packet biscuits and chips for game drives, mostly just chicken as protein).
Backup vehicle failed (inferior, definitely not big and strong enough to handle a whole camp of 12 people - including the staff’s tents).
When arriving at our second camp at sunset, the backup team wasn’t there as yet. We all had to help to get tents set up and dinner made. I think the team was too small to handle set up and breakdown of the whole campsite, and the vehicle was obviously inadequate. Setting up camp at night with kids is dangerous because everyone is distracted and tired. They should have arranged alternative accommodation when they realized that camp would not be set up in time. But planning and organizational skills were lacking.
Trust me this trip was not reasonably priced… in actual fact very expensive (could’ve stayed in a lodge for that amount).
They under catered… there wasn’t enough wine (even though it states included), no ice for drinks, we just asked for some additional beers and soft drinks but even that ran out. We never received a recon or change for money given for extra drinks.
On a positive note….our waiter was very professional and sweet.
Perhaps they will improve but to be honest we found the whole trip quite stressful and can’t recommend it to anybody else.
