Community Cafe At The Gale Centre的点评
点评：We're regular visitors to the cafe at the GALE Centre when we come to Gairloch to stay with a friend. On previous visits , we have enjoyed our lunch there.
However, on Sunday lunchtime, it was very disappointing. Whilst the few staff that were on duty were lovely and very apologetic that there was no salad to go with our friends toasties and that they were short staffed. According to our friend, it wasn't the first time she had had that experience of no salad being available on a Sunday. In fact, it was the third time. which suggests poor planning and poor management. The toasties were nice, but the soup we had was very thin, and it felt as if extra stock had been added to stretch out the soup.
I didn't inform the staff as they were working hard and trying their best. Having worked in hospitality and tourism, it's an issue that lies with the GALE management. They are responsible for the running of the centre and cafe and need to address these issues now.
