点评：I have used this restaurant for years, but couldn’t get in for food this weekend, so ordered online at 6pm on Saturday. I did it online as I couldn’t get through on the phone, and to be fair, they did call me back but I had already completed the transaction online.
I only ordered two meals, nothing difficult or complicated and got an email to say it would be approx 1 hour.
This meal took over 2 hours to arrive. I only live three miles from the restaurant!
After about 1hr 20 of waiting I called the restaurant to get an update and honestly they couldn’t really have cared less. I wasn’t even angry on the phone initially (ended up calling back twice) incase it delayed my food longer.
They just kept saying they were really busy, or it would be there soon or that when I ordered next time to ask for a certain waiter who would make sure my order was a priority!?
Ok, so my order was minimal and didn’t cost a fortune, but their lack of care and customer service was shocking. And over 2 hours - for 2 curry’s, seriously!?
Food wise, one meal was fine, the other one had very dried out tandoori chicken meat in and they sent it the wrong naan with the meal, but honestly I couldn’t have cared less at that point as I was so hungry!
This is the second or third poor meal I’ve had from here this year. I don’t like to leave bad reviews without giving places another chance, but it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning to this restaurant in person or ordering from here again and recommend people be vigilant when ordering online, as they clearly care more about people in the restaurant than they do about other loyal customers.
