点评：My first time visiting Kings Lynn. I walked past this place on the way to my B & B, and decided to go back for tea - I’m so glad that I did! I had a chicken mango Khurma- and whoever decided to pair a traditional Khurma with mango is an absolute genius!
Firstly, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, with subtle decor and full of character. Music was in the background, and never intrusive. A lovely welcome from the staff, even though I was quite early in the evening.
The popadoms to start were very fresh, and the accompanying condiments really tasty. The main course was beyond any curry that I have tasted before. Good quality chicken, paired with the most wonderful sauce. You can tell that it’s a traditional Khurma, but the mango gives a completely different and flavourful experience.
The staff were great - attentive, without being a nuisance, and very friendly.
People of Kings Lynn - you have a real gem here. Please give them the support that they deserve!
