点评：Ate here with family on a Saturday evening, food was fine, similiar quality to Wetherspoons establishments in England.
The most remarkable thing was the atrocious, utterly inept service by the young group of staff we were unfortunate enough to encounter. We had 4 separate servers, all of which were so incompetent that we would have cried if we weren’t so busy laughing.
The first was unable to distinguish a single meal he brought out, the second was astonished by an order for a cup of tea and when the third finally brought said tea back after a 15 minute wait, he informed us he had forgotten the milk and sugar, offered his condolences and moved swiftly on. We asked a fourth if there was any tomato ketchup (pushing it, I know) and we were told that there was “a great decline in red sauce” around the restaurant. Nevertheless, he set off to have a look, returning a full 20 minutes later to confirm there wasn’t a single ketchup bottle in the entire establishment. Poor fella.
