点评:Appalling service today. Booked a table for 12:30 .when we arrived we were told the kitchen was backed up and we would have to wait to order . Eventually menus came . Ordered the chicken salad which was very light on the chicken and very disappointing . We were totally ignored after that as there was a big influx of people heading to the ferry’s looking for coffees. Requests for more water and a tray for the toddlers high chair were forgotten. Waited ages for a dessert menu . And then no one came back to take the order . By the time the waitress did come the the dessert display was pretty much empty . This was 14:15 on a bank holiday weekend . We did eventually manage to secure one dessert between 4 of us ! My coffee which I had ordered with the dessert arrived as we were leaving so I had to send it back .
Surely lads ye can do better than this . Ye shouldn’t just abandon your regular seated customers in order to facilitate people coming in for coffee . When we tried to order the desserts we were openly told the people queuing out the door would have to be attended to first . We felt extremely undervalued as customers at this cafe today .
