点评：WORST OF THE WORST!!! I purchased a bucket of chicken and used the quick-pickup option. Minutes later, we opened the bucket to find that every piece was burnt, extremely dry, light in weight and very very greasy and very tough, as if it was old. I truly believe they took old cold chicken from the buffet and refried it in a streak of laziness. I called the Bryant, Arkansas store several times to get them to answer and spoke with "Paula" the manager. Paula was less than concerned about it and said, "bring it back, we'll replace it" (Hard to do when your traveling). When I described it tasted and felt like it was old chicken that was refried, Ms. Paula pompously said, Well I can assure you that did not happen. Well Ms. Paula, from the looks and the condition of this chicken not fit for consumption, I would say, you don't know what the heck your talking about, nor what is happening around you. Two things Ms. Paula, get more involved in your work or quit, and develop some customer courtesy and professionalism for a customer that had just been served what is unfit to eat. This chicken was not even suitable for the buffet, which is probably where it came from, then was probably tossed in hot grease and thrown in the bucket without draining.
This location used to be great (2010ish). Now, it is nothing but a dive - that I will never patronize again.
If you own this establishment, or are the DM, take care of this; I will never enter through your doors again, but you can save someone some great inconvenience from bringing your sorry chicken home for the kids.
