点评：Our last night in Bentonville started out promising at The Hive; nice looking restaurant with super friendly staff. Then, everything went downhill. The friendly waitress just disappeared. So drink orders arrived about 30 minutes after we ordered; the promised cornbread only came with dinner much later—and it was definitely not worth the wait (dry and tasteless, one of the worst cornbreads I’ve ever tasted and that’s saying a lot since most cornbread is not very good). The grilled cabbage wedge starter was so hard and tough that even a steak knife didn’t cut through it; it was inedible. And so it went. The waitress finally reappeared and asked if we wanted dessert. We said, sure, we’ll look at a menu. The menu never appeared, only our bill 30 minutes after that….
Maybe it was a bad night for the restaurant but we’ll definitely pass on it next time….too many other great places to eat in Bentonville.
