点评：We had eaten at The Table on Hickory once before and it was excellent! We their steak, a seafood dish, and an Italian dish, and all were excellent, but we wanted to come back at some point and try their burgers because we had seen other patrons receiving theirs and we thought “wow, next visit”. Well we came back this evening and we were blown away! These were the best burgers we’ve had in a very, very long time, and easily the best in the entire Northwest Arkansas region!
The meat was ground Wagyu beef, piled high with two big patties, cooked exactly like we had specified, medium well. The lettuce, onion, and tomato were all very fresh, as was the delicious bun. The cheddar cheese was real and melted, and the fries were expertly cooked; crispy on the outside, tender and hot on the inside. The draft beer was fresh and the two side salads were perfectly sized with unbelievably delicious dressing. The service was polite, professional, attentive, but unobtrusive. And finally the setting was intimate for couples or for friends or families that are seeking a classy, quiet, setting to enjoy outstanding food, chill, and reconnect. To the staff at Table on Hickory, please don’t tamper with the excellent formula and secret sauce that you’ve created. You are unique in a world filled with expensive but bland food and disappointing service.
