点评：I've ate at Colton's Steak House for many years all over the state of Arkansas. Batesville was always my favorite. Over time, however, it is really going downhill. My daughter-in-law and I went last night to have a nice meal out, and I was looking forward to it. My daughter-in-law warned me my son and her had eaten there last week and it wasn't 'good. I ignored her. We had a young inexperienced girl as our server. So we knew not to expect a lot because it was a packed house on Friday night. It was so dark inside we couldn't see our menu's for a long time before either of our eyes adjusted. I mean it's dark in there now. Service was so slow, the spinach dip was nothing but mashed spinach with some melted string cheese on top. It wasn't even warm. It had no taste or flavor at all. We had to ask where the rolls were, they normally bring those out with your drinks. We were never asked if we wanted additional rolls. I asked for paper napkins to go with the cloth one and they brought me bathroom roller brown towels to use. The server said they no longer carry paper napkins, only the cloth. The meal itself was very good. It was really good actually, but the rest of it was terrible. It's really went downhill the last year or so.
