点评：Several reasons for such a low rating:
1. Over priced for what is there.
2. Property is very tired. Grounds around buildings were well maintained. I’m sure they try.
3. Rooms are funky, and some may like them, but the prices are high for what is there as compared to the COD Ranch, Ranch Robles ranch and other places nearby.
4. Pool area is very run down and the deck was never cleaned before or during our stay so little piles of earth, leaves, and old and decaying fruit lay everywhere around the pool.
5. Greeter at desk could cuss like a sailor without any prompting. Her feelings, which she quickly shared when asked about their wifi service, came out concerning a fellow named Elon who was a d_____bag, according to her. Not a great way to welcome people. Other examples of sailor language also came up.
6. On the positive side, apart from the person at the desk, Lynn, Kim and others working there were really pleasant and fun to talk with and be around.
