DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! GM Nicholas Valenzuela needs to go!
托尔森/菲尼克斯西区万枫酒店及套房的点评
点评：DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Tolleson, AZ and all I can say is...SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!
Upon arrival, the front desk staff (Vanessa) was beyond rude and not helpful. Vanessa had an attitude and it was clear that she did not want to help me - a paying customer & Bon Boy loyal member.
When I wanted to escalate the issue, that's when the GM, Nicholas Valenzuela, stepped in and he was rotten. He blamed me the customer for the issue and would not help me. He was beyond RUDE and even blamed his front desk staff as being incompetent to do anything for him. I honestly cannot believe he was even given the position of GM based on his attitude - he is not meant to be in the hospitality industry.
Overall the rooms were just ok - there were crumbs left on the desk in the room, pillow cases were not all the way on the pillows. Spiderwebs were in the corners of the room.
Save yourself and stay somewhere else!!!!
