点评：2/18/23 called at 2:17pm to see if I could make a reservation for tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday and sons college graduation. The lady I spoke with was so nice-stated they do not do same day reservations but would do it as a courtesy. I thanked her and received the text message from them for the reservation. When we arrived the place was not busy at all. Went to check in and the hostess stated she did not have a reservation for me. I explained that I called today and she started speaking very loudly and rudely that they do not do same day reservations-I tried to speak and she was just beyond rude stating about same day reservations..she went to speak to another woman-who confirmed that she made the reservation, came back rudely speaking to me-I showed her the text message of the reservation and she continued to speak rudely to me, I am assuming her manager( a man) came up and said to me very quietly that they could seat us. My husband came in and said is there a problem as the hostess continued to be rude. I said our reservation is for 7 people-but I will not be treated like this..so we left...went down the street to Red Lobster..they were AMAZING at Red Lobster!! Sat us down within 10 minutes-food was fantastic and they were very appreciative to have our business--best 426.00 spent!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE ANGRY CRAB SHACK...never imagined that the name came from actually having ANGRY employees!!!!
