点评：Called in once again on the way south, as I also have done before in both directions. Discovered the place quite a few years ago but since then, it sure has really improved a lot in every way. Apart from being some kind of a truck stop due to good parking there are also many locals who seem to enjoy the fare. A great selection of bakery products, cakes, burgers and roasts which are all very nice and not overpriced like in so many other locations along SH 1. The ladies who are running the show are bubbly, pleasant and seem to know what they're doing. Their coffees are great as well. The facilities are basic and rustic, but being in one of the last real country towns outside the "supercity" they add to the rural feel and ambience. I usually make sure not to eat anywhere else when heading north and coming back and have even bought their beautiful roast rolls to take home. One of those few little gems along the road.
