点评：! I booked a private sound bowl experience with Elle & Everette (Down Dog Sedona) after researching several options. In speaking with Elle she was instantly engaging and excited to accommodate our request for a private outdoor session. She emailed the details of our outdoor option with reasonable pricing. It sounded ideal/ just what we were hoping for. In addition, Ella also sent a list of her “local tips” of favorite places to eat and things to do. Elle kept in touch with us leading up to our experience to make sure we were prepared for weather, the meeting spot, etc. This follow through attention was very appreciated.
We met Elle and Everett in the Vortex area they had recommended and the walk was easy. It was a rather windy evening but we were layered with the right clothing and they brought mats, blankets, along with a large selection of sound bowls. Both Elle and Everette shared information about the vortex, energy healing and what to expect. We really appreciated their soothing, relaxed approach and excellent organization. There were of course other people who happened upon the sight to also enjoy the views but it didn’t bother us at all.
As the sun set they did a full hour of sound bowls with healing energy and I can only say it was one of the most extraordinary experiences imaginable!!! Absolutely surreal and such an intimate grounding meaningful moment. Far beyond what we could have expected. We did a few different kinds of Sedona “energetic options” and this was the most powerful in terms of the scenery, the sounds and gentle kindness of two lovely humans sharing their passion.
