点评：I walked in freely, fully expecting to pay top dollar, but was unprepared for what happened. This place is "fully priced" the fresh pastas were between 40 and 60 dollars a plate. Still I am undeterred and willing to pay for it. However the the wait staff was rude and not well trained. There seemed to be a lot of servers running around confused. Nothing seemed to click with the staff as they seemed annoyed and were fighting amongst themselves. After the appetizers the servers took all the plates and silverware. When they replaced the silver ware they did not set the table they just left the silver ware on the table and left. The food was just OK but the bill was sizeable. When I reviewed the bill I noticed that is was over charged on three different items. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she said I needed to talk to the manager. They told me I had to go over to the bar area to speak with him (he couldn't come to the table) and I pointed out I was over charged, and he was very rude. The bar menu said the Buffalo trace was 16 dollars they charged me 22. They told me this was the waitresses fault because she put the order in wrong. Regardless I pointed out their mistakes and told them about the bad service and they told me not to tell them how to run their business. They ended up subtracted about $35 dollars of overcharges from the bill. They blamed it on the waitress and the system. The paper menu said one price but was in the computer had a different price (not their fault, system error). I asked for a customer service gesture being as I had bad service and had to argue to get a correct (very overpriced) bill. They did not think it was justified as they gave me back the money they incorrectly tried to charge me. Bottom line skip this place their are better options.
