点评:We arrived for a 7:15 reservation made a week in advance and waiting 45 minutes to be seated. We waited at the bar not expecting a long wait and observed lots of people enjoying themselves and really good Looking dishes coming out of the open kitchen. It’s a place for large groups and high volume. We were celebrating an anniversary and wanted seafood and this place was recommended. It reminded me of eating in a Georgetown restaurant except this is located in a parking lot in Scottsdale. The restaurant prides themselves on fresh fish flown in. I ordered the red snapper served with asparagus and the dungeoness crab salad. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned with a light crust on the snapper. We also got the ribs which were baby back full rack falling of the bone tender. The only negatives are that the red wine was served too warm and the wait was too long for a reservation. The manager apologized for the wait and offered us a dessert and adjusted our bill for the inconvenience. We were told that they had groups that stayed longer after finishing. Soon after we sat down the restaurant quickly cleared and was nearly empty by 9pm when we left. Highly recommend this place if you have patience to wait or don’t mind eating at the bar.
BTW, the chocolate cake was amazing and light. They call it a Gluten Free chocolate cake which sounds unappealing to me but we were pleasantly surprised. I recommend they simply call it a chocolate cake first and describe later that it’s light and also Gluten free if there are further questions.
