点评：This is my second visit to the restaurant, and I was quite shocked at how slow the service was today. The first visit was good. I know it's usually crowded but I waited for more than 30 mins and only my husband got his food. I waited for mine (vegetarian) and despite several reminders to the staff, it never arrived. I finally asked if we could box it as my husband had finished his meal. Ten mins after waiting for that I again reminded the waiter and he said I could cancel it if I wanted. So surprised that I got no apology. I finally went up to the cashier and told him what happened. He asked if I wanted to cancel it. I said yes if the food wasn't ready. He checked in the kitchen and came back and said it wasn't ready and produced the bill. No apology for not giving me the meal. Nothing! I had to leave hungry and upset. I guess because they are so popular, they really didn't care. Anyways, will not be visiting this place again.
