L'Amore Italian Restaurant的点评
点评：This restaurant is pretty close to where my brother lives in Arizona. We were looking for something close and something Italian. We found this restaurant and saw the reviews which were very good. So we decided to make a reservation and we are glad that we did.
We were greeted immediately by two live musicians as we walked in. Great sounds. The hostess confirmed our reservation and showed us to our table. Once we got there, our water glasses were filled. And it seems like there’s a guy who’s dedicated to keeping your water glass filled. Every time we took a couple of sips, he was there to refill what we drank. I commented that “you know the restaurant is good when they keep your water glass filled“.
When our server came to take our order, she offered a choice of a house salad or a chicken and rice soup. I ordered the house salad and she recommended mixing the blue cheese and Italian dressing together. She brought the salad with those two dressings on the side I tasted them at first, and then I decided to mix them together and I will tell you that, that was a great recommendation. I would do that again.
I ordered the lasagna my brother ordered salmon and my sister-in-law ordered the grouper. While waiting for our food to arrive, they served Bread that was warm, crunchy on outside and soft on the inside. It was delicious. They served it with butter and there was olive oil on the table as well. Our food came out in hot plates and it was delicious. My lasagna tasted so fresh. It did not taste like a commercial lasagna. The meat sauce was not overpowering. It was just right. The others stated that their food was cooked to perfection as well. And we all really enjoyed our choices. Our plates were clean!
We did not get any drinks or desserts. The food was very filling. I would highly recommend this place.
