点评：I was excited about trying Foley Ranch and hearing some live music. This is a new restaurant with a big stage and lots of seating, including some covered outdoor seating. Very loud, so not good if you want to have a conversation. Sports, including rodeo, is on several TV screens.
Music - On the night we visited, the country singer was very talented. He said that we would hear songs that we'd never heard of since either he or his friends had composed them. I'd much rather hear good songs. Some couples were dancing and it was fun to watch.
Food - I really liked the pimento cheese served with home-made potato chips. We shared a two meat plate - pulled pork, beef brisket, cole slaw, and green beans. The meats were OK, but I didn't like the slaw or beans. I didn't care for either of the bbq sauces either.
Service - Everyone was attentive and friendly. We were seated immediately and the food came quickly on a weeknight. Leftover food was taken away without asking if we wanted a doggie bag, such a waste. A receipt was requested but none was given.
Glad we tried, but won't be back.
