点评:I can't say that I have had this bad of an experience before. Had to ask for water and half the other tables were brought water; asked server for a straw, 20 minutes later had to ask another server for one. Then the aercer came and accidentally knocked our fork on the floor and said he will bring another right away. 15 minutes later I had to flag down the hostess for one. Observed the server visit the bathroom 2 times at this point. 45 minutes later we were served the entrees(hamburgers take 45 minutes to cook). When the staff were notified I wished to talk with the manager, I noticed them huddled up for a pep talk I'm assuming that was due to me. In honest defense, the restaurant was half empty at this point so busy was no excuse. My guest also brought to my attention that 3 parties that came after us were all finished and were gone while we were waiting. I am I member of the community and sadly I have to speak up. I don't want to see another group have this experience. I hope that my followers online will be able to find other accommodation to eat while whoever needs a kick in the rear to get the staff on the same page. Even the acting manager's appearance looked like he got out of bed an hour earlier. For $17 a burger, there should be some sense of appreciation toward the guests. But as I've known over my many years in the Phoenix restaurant community, the few bad experiences have been a premonition,because they were all closed down within a year of my bad service.
