点评:We stayed in cabin #9 right next to the restaurant. We were told we can order online and have our food delivered to us. Decided to order dinner, ordered online and waited for about 40 minutes then received an email saying something went wrong to call the restaurant. Called the restaurant, they told us their internet is down, so we ordered over the phone. They brought us our food about 30 minutes later. We left the next day. When we got home we noticed we were charged twice for our meal. Between my husband and myself we talked to the manager Justin and told him we were charged for our online order and the restaurant order and that the online was cancelled. He said he would give us a refund. Did not receive the refund, a week later called and spoke to Justin again. He said he took care of it and so on. It’s been about 3 weeks now I have not received our refund. Very bad customer service!!! Very disappointed!!!!
