点评:I was in line 45 minutes, spent divided in three areas, waiting to place order with the intercom, waiting to pay for $35.55± for my order, and the most time waiting to NOT receive my order. I had window sticker #16. I wanted buffalo chicken pieces, sm fries, and 10 shrimp only. Finally a girl who had been delivering food to the line up noticed how long I had been awaiting (she was courteous and genuinely concerned). I told her if it wasn't piping hot and immediately available that I wanted a full refund.She came back and told me they didn't have it, but could start one. I asked for (and received a refund). At Fargo's a nearby sit down restaurant (Tucson's best) I could have had 8 buffalo wings, and a Philly Cheese stake sandwich w/fries for $27. The Culver's manager didn't come to apologize, or send a message or accommodation via the girl who delivered the refund. That was my last time with Culvers. I can get quicker service, a sit down booth, with table service and water and better food for less, and without undue wait. Considering I started the process after the lunch rush, it shouldn't have been this bad. Next time it will be Fargo's where they have service, food, and some class.
